Sri Lanka was the heart of this journey. In its mist-covered highlands, we walked through tea gardens at dawn, spoke with generational farmers, and witnessed the process from leaf to cup. We didn’t just taste, we listened. We learned the rhythm of the land, the care behind each harvest, and the quiet mastery passed down through time. Our exploration continued across Asia, with visits to the refined tea farms of Japan and the historic estates of China. These experiences deepened our appreciation for the diversity and craft of tea culture around the world.

To refine our understanding, we trained with respected experts, studied varietals, and took part in tasting courses to master the nuances of aroma, terroir, and flavor. Every blend we offer today carries the memory of that learning.
